The following general color guidelines are given for your reference --
aquamarine
greenish yellow
silver or platinum
pale blue
azure
light green
jade or light jade
beige
light peach
light orange
pale purple
light brown
pale plum
light grape
light purple
seashell color


However, a red background is not good in Taiwan.  If "blue" is used, it should be very light blue.



CENTER LINE OF CHINESE CHARACTERS 
Please use a different "center-line" of Chinese characters for each Header.
