This is a general design of a graphic I need.   Size would be 1024 x 768 pixels.

I found a light background orange graphic.   I thought that someting like that might be suitable.  (Bottom strip with description can be removed.)

I have the lettering PUERTO RICO on the left.   It does not need to be in a box.

The lettering needs to be attractive.


There are some Headers on the right side: Dates, Administratiion, Territorial Sovereignty

The Dates are in the "Dates" column (which is under the word "Dates".)

Under the Administration, there are three possibilities.  Spain   USA   ___

Under the Territorial Sovereignty, there are two possibilities.   Spain    USA

The descending arrows should be more attractive.  
 
Under Administration, under Spain, the arrow could be gold and red stripes.
Under Administration, under USA, the arrow could just be "blue outline" (with "hollow" center).

Under Territorial Sovereignty, under Spain, the arrow could be gold and red stripes.
Under Territorial Sovereignty, under USA, the arrow could be just "red outline" (with "hollow" center).
